I'd say for now yes.
I started riding so I could get on the express lanes to go to work and save an hour each way. Since I'll be teleworking for the foreseeable future I've only been riding periodically to keep the bike from sitting. In a couple years if I ever have to commute 9-5 again I'll just buy another one.

Oh God don’t part it out! That would be a crying shame. Someone will buy that amazing BigDog. I liked your how to vids also btw!
