I saw one on (what you did today) a while back I think it was from HDMi Hman or The infamous one. You just might call hdm inc.
good luck. Or just go order a plain one on line and take to an embroidery place and get what you want on it.

Late to this thread but were you able to find one as I have the BD roll up with all tools included like new.
No idea it’s value but will soon find out,
