Need to know the mustang seat part number for the 2009 big dog bulldog bagger. Is it mustang catalog # 79463 or big dog part number BDBD3WVB?

I emailed Mustang seats about a year ago and they told me they dont have the mold anymore for the seat they made for the BD Bagger. Did you find one ?

If either of those part numbers are correct I may have found one but not sure until I find out what the part number for it was. I have a mustang seat on my bagger now but it doesn't have the backrest for the driver. And I'm at work so I can't just run out and look. the guy said that he would hold it for me till 9 am in the morning to find out if that is a seat for the 09 bagger.

But I too contacted Mustang and was told the same thing before finding one at Ross Cycles back in 2018 when I took both my bikes there. he charged me $1,000 dollars for the seat and wanted another $300 for the backrest. Brand new seat and backrest was only $750, I even found the article where bagger magazine test rode the Bagger for the first time and they had a seat shipped to them during the week long ride and a place in CAL put it on and in the article it stated the cost of the seat. I took the seat but not backrest and now they don't have the backrest so been looking for another seat with backrest for a few months.

Looking forward to retirement
I’ve had both my factory single seat and my two up rebuilt. The single is done in black ostrich with a gel pack & had a higher lower back support cut into it and the two up is done in black alligator with double gel packs with a high lower back support built in the two up. The solo was around $600 and the two up was around $700. The company is called Shreve Trim here in Shreveport. They do fantastic work. Again they were using my old seat pan’s to build these seats with. 6A7205DD-C14B-425A-B6CC-5EF1D9D59FC4.png15CEF12E-7C4C-4D81-BC89-7896F26F3CEF.png7629DB88-51FF-4368-86BA-97384A0EE580.png69D83278-D90C-4C08-84B3-FDE9BB65E084.png713039B6-B0D7-4199-A2A6-A996A8FCE244.png

They look great. But Im not needing one rebuilt. I came across a guy selling a bunch of bigdog factory seat and one of them has the backrest in it for the driver. The only bigdog seat made by mustang for bigdog was the older cruiser like knothead rides and the 2009 and 2010 baggers. So he sent me the part numbers of mustang and Bigdog and I'm trying to see if anyone with a mustang seat that can still see the part numbers can chime in if those numbers match whats on their bagger.
