I just bought a set from that same dealer this weekend. They should be here in a few days, so I'll let everyone know how everything went once they get here. That's a damned good price.

I was going to buy my pipes from Nelson, but I haven't been able to get ahold of him for days. I was killing time on here and came across that deal. I figured it was too good to pass up!

Sorry Kurt ... responded to your message on Monday. Resent it to you just now. Pop me a note if you're still looking and we'll take care of you this morning.

Do you have to rejet the carb when replacing the stock pipes with the Big Radius pipes? I'm wondering if it's something I can do myself or if I'll have to take it in.

Yes, you should rejet the carb.

Yes, you can do it. I did mine. Just be very carefull to get the O-rings back in the right place. Do a search on here. There are a few threads about it on here.

Will do. I asked the dealer yesterday and he said as long as I leave the baffles in I'd probably be ok. I'd rather rejet it than risk "probably" being ok.

you won't know until you ride it but I would agree that it is likely to need rejetting. Buy the whole jet kit.

I bought a set from them. Shipped from Philly to outside Hershey in 4 days. Bolted them on in about an hour and a half. (I made sure I kept that chrome nice n shiny) Sound awesome. Re-jetted the carb about 3 rides later after I got a feel how it was gonna act...very happy with them...

Got mine today, but one of the scalloped ends of the pipes was dented and dinged. They're going to send me a replacement though and issue a call tag for the damaged part, so that's good. Just have to wait awhile longer.
