Hey guys gotta ? I have a super g carb are the 2 ports on top have to be capped off?

Yes. I use automobile vacuum line caps. Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, etc.

That's what I thought. For some reason they were blowing off which I don't get cuz isn't that a suction line? Anyway I super glued them on this time lol. Hope they stay on

Yep, without the caps, you will have an intake leak which will cause the mixture to go lean. This might explain your heat problem. Make sure you adjust your idle mixture after installing the caps.

Guessing the super glue will work. I use the really small wire ties, works for me.

I carry a spare set in the tool roll. They get hot and dry rot way faster than ya think they should. They will crack and suck air or worse yet blow completly off in the middle of BFE. Ask me how I know.
