Sorry to bother yall but I recently bought a 2004 big dog it's been running rough so I rebuilt the carb, put new plugs and wires, new battery, fired it up and drove the shit out of the bike all day and night running bad ass... woke up the next day and the damn thing cranks and cranks but nothing! Take off the air cleaner, getting fuel.... pulled both plugs but not getting any spark... looking under the seat the silver box red light pops on at turn of key but goes off and stays off even when cranking... the black box under it only lights up green when pushing on the high beam low beam switch but goes admittedly goes off

Key on, meter set to 20v. Black probe to ground, red probe to the double wire off the coil screw stud. Double wire being the wire from key switch sending 12v to the coil. That shows 12v on the meter, then it might be the crank sensor. Wiggle key or knob to see if it goes out at the coil wire. If not, back to the sensor.

Another issue I noticed while riding the bike yesterday and the time before was my high beams randomly coming on

Common issue on these 04s....take ur headlight out of the bucket and check the plug connector im sure its melted

And that would cause it not to have spark? Pulling it now thanks
No...i was talking about ur headlight issue...im sure its melted...u can buy a new connector or....all i did to mine was bust the plastic off of it and fixed the end and plugged them on individual....been that way 9 years now...but proper way is a new connector....either way will work and not hurt a thing

Oh and take a picture of the green wire and area u was talking about that is bare

Well its not melted but bare wire is showing from rubbing on the after market apes previous owner put on... I literally have the bike in peices right now finding bare wire everywhere, clean cut wires, and wires that have been pulled apart.... 15890211751296151343925451018245.jpg

I don't understand how someone could just leave the wire's like that. What a mess.
Everything was a mess but actually in the pic I posted I had exposed those connections to see if maybe the green wire tied in to it

Check the continuity of the red, black, and green wires, between the ignition module and the cam sensor.

Can any one help me with a wiring diagram for a 2004 big dog mastiff... I decided to just re-wire the whole damn thing... finding to many bare wires
