Compression Release Query

I just learned today that some BDs come stock with releases. My 2000 Wolf is not where I am right now so I can't go peek. It is a bear to start, even with new battery, the CCA of which I have to check also. But, for the moment, does anyone know for a fact if the 2000 Wolf came with CRs?

I haven't taken time to learn how to post pictures on the site yet, but soon. It is a Sigmas Tek STX20L-BS and i will check the CCA on line as soon as I get off the site.

Just saw online data, my battery is 270 CCA. I will change that, but I see there are numerous opinions re: what is best.

Just like oil, everybody has a fav. Braille, Deka, ThrottleX....just to name a few. Brand isnt as important as CCA's. These motors take a ton o power to start. Especially without CR's. Whatever batt you choose, keep it on a battery tender. Jmo

That is correct. I went to the S&S website, just to make sure that that was still the case. I did notice that they make them for the x-wedge, though.
