Thank you all for the prayers. They have been working. I am off the ventilator and have even been out of bed and walking around. I am still in ICU and hoping to be downgraded today. I still have a bit of recovery but am doing much better. Thank you all for all the love. It means a lot to me to be apart of this group. Thank you again.

Just a little update. I was released from the hospital after 8 days. I have quite a bit of recovery to go through. It will be a while before I have the strength to ride my bike.

So...briefly, I developed a bleed in my lung causing me to choke/drown in my own blood. They put me on a Ventilator and feeding tube, which I developed a Staph infection from. The infection caused Pneumonia in the lungs.
