It should be fine with just the pipe change.
^^yep, Stock VFI will self tune up to 20% fuel map which will cover pipe upgrade easily.
It's probably normal.Hey guys I have one more question. I rode the bike for a while and when I got home I go to take the key out and the key is really hot I mean if you hold it tight in your hand the metal part of the key would burn you. This cant be normal or is it?
I was thinking the same thing .I’ve noticed that the ignition shroud on my 2010 Bagger seems hotter that the one on my K9. I further wonder if a function of the fiberglass washers on the mount bolts on the K9 is to insulate the shroud- I’m gonna look at the mounts on the Bagger and see if it has the Fiberglass washers, and if not, I’ll install and see if it makes a difference. Can’t imagine that kind of heat would be good gfor the coils and ignition
Any of you electronics guys have thoughts about that?
It is normal, mine does the exact same thingHey guys I have one more question. I rode the bike for a while and when I got home I go to take the key out and the key is really hot I mean if you hold it tight in your hand the metal part of the key would burn you. This cant be normal or is it?
LMAOAll sounds normal to me, mine gets hot too and I have the fiber washers in there. Just hand the key to your wife when you take it out...lol
Those pipes will just bolt on and tune just fine and they sound incredible, you will love them Ernie.

Ride faster old man. It will have the same effect.I know it would probably look like crap, but I have thought about putting some sort of fan on mine just to help with the heat dissipation..
Ok thank you. That is a Hella-style socket for heated cold weather gear.
