Is that a rip kit installed ? Hard to see in the picture
I know you say all original but that doesn’t look to be a stock ehc ? Like I said it’s hard to see in that pic.

Also may want to check your wires on your ignition coil to make sure they are not loose, or it could be an ignition switch issue. Start the bike and check your key switch by moving the key to see if the bike cuts out.

Got it, does your ignition module have the red light on it?
I would check your ehc, clean an use a little di electric grease and make sure it’s seated.
If your ignition key switch is good , I would troubleshoot your ignition module and coil. Before spending 250 on replacing the ignition module.
I am positive their are some threads on here that explains how to on here. I am not the greatest a troubleshooting electrical issues but start with the simple things first before throwing $ at new parts that may not fix the issue.
Also, you may have a grounding issue somewhere in your harness that is causing it to cut out with the vibration? Headlight harness etc...

In addition to looking for wires grounding out check the jst connectors, I have had pins that were loose and not firmly seated. It caused allot of headaches with the bike not starting and was a pita to find. In my case I found it by lightly pulling on the wires that feed into the jst connections. I had on pin that was loose and pulled out of the connection. Once I re seated the pin the issue was resolved.
