K9 grips

I've got a 2006 K9 that needs new grips, 1" are to small ,do I need 1 1/4 or what. The bars measure 1.16 at the grips so seems to me 1 1/4 would be to big. Thanks in advance !

And there is replacement rubber for the stock pegs if that is all that is wrong -- Derek and Donna have it. There is a thread on here about installing the replacement rubber.

That’s looks like the “Shooter” from dlxprodx—I have them on my K9, but the chrome is OK.
And—you might want to consider having them rechromed. I’m not sure if it is cheaper or not, but cannot imagine it would cost more than new ones.
I scuffed my throttle grip, so if you decide to change yours, please consider selling me yours, as I want to replace mine.

SKOG - thanks for the feedback. I'll let you know soon if I replace these grips and give you first right of refusal.
The pegs on the bike (main & passengar) as well as the shifter & rear brake are all matching to this "Shooter" design you mentioned.

Update—I called dlxprodox this afternoon, and he thinks he has a set of the Shooters left and will call back to let me know. He will only sell them as a set.
Since mine are all in great shape except for the brake and throttle, I will not want to buy the entire set. Again, if you decide to replace yours, please pm me and we’ll deal. Otherwise I think I may just return to OEM, as they are good looking and function well. Cost is similar.

I've found the chrome on Dlxprodox pegs and grips to be terrible.
