If he has a MSO then no big deal. You can do a bonded title pretty easy but they charge a % of bikes value. Done it a few times for dirtbikes

Bought it never titled it, that means it was never registered. So basically guy bought it, I guess didn't title to save sales tax but still rode it.

I think there's something fishy. First it's listed for 6 with no title. Then someone was coming out to look at it. Then there is this bidding war? To messed up.
