I ain’t guru, but AD says for carb, and there is a picture of carburetor. So I’d suppose not.

That's right I thought too I just thought both EFI and carb had the same seal

S&S intake spigot seals for their carb,and efi, are for a 1.800" intake port opening diameter. If you're just going to change the 2 intake port to head seals, you DON'T need all that other shit in the picture.
