Hi...Im Gary living in Australia. Have 2007 Bigdog Mastiff. Not many of these bikes over here. So im trying to find out about the suspension on these bikes.
When i 1st start the bike, the blue high beam light comes on. Has this anything to do with the suspension sorting it self out to right hight

Chances are is that your low beam might be burnt out, the bike is defaulting to the high beam setting. If you change out the bulb this should fix that issue. Welcome to the site...

Thanks for reply. But the low beam works. I replaced the EHC wiring to updated one i got sent out from USA, could be a problem with that

Yes, sorry i worded it wrong. Should of been air ride
Not an issue. It's just that semantics can matter when troubleshooting long distance.....lol.
Other than a couple of function circuits through the EHC to operate the air ride there is nothing else.

Well Gary, with out rereading this thread and if you have the stock controls and electrical system:
Turn the key on... press start then use the high/low light switch to air up or down.

It wont adjust unless you turn the key on and then hit start then hit the high beam and it should pump up or low beam will let air out.
