Can someone tell me who builds the fuel tanks for the Big Dog bikes (K9's)?

I believe they were done in house, because if you watch some of the production videos, it shows them being made.

The reason for the question is, Id like to be able to give an accurate answer when asked.

Not 100% sure I suspect they took it in house in the later years just like the frames.

I was thinking the same thing, but I didn't want to answer the question without that being verified. Brought the question here, confident that someone would weigh in with the correct info.
I've heard a few different stories on this, including one where the guy got a tank for a different model of Big Dog that had stickers on it that read, "Made in Taiwan".
Maybe someone from Big Dog will see the thread, and give a definative answer.
