I just picked up a 2004 big dog chopper it runs great and looks like it just came of the show room floor. The only thing I want to do to it is rubber mount the motor And change out the rear pegs. Any suggestions.

If you've never had a big twin, you get used to it pretty quickly. I'll never forget the test ride on my 1st Harley. I thought my kidneys were going to explode when I finally got off the thing, but from them on it was great.

I've seen elsewhere that perhaps the bushings on your bars may need replacing. I have not done it, but my bars are surprisingly smooth. Mirrors hardly even blur......which is a far cry from the Harley.
