you might try calling Josh at Bigdog in St Charles 314-291-6333, he stated he has someone. I have a couple of chips I want to get repaired also, just waiting for the roads to get clean to take mine to him.

I spoke with Josh. He does have a person that does work for them. I am trying to do a lil homework to see who is out there. I have some pretty detailed airbrush work. Trying to see what my options are and who to use. who does best work??

Looking at your paint in the profile, might find it hard to find someone willing to fix it. Artist don't like touching other people's art very much no matter how much they might make.

Good luck though!

Check around locally, there is a lot of talented painters artists etc in the world and I’m sure there is someone local to you that will get it done right and it a timely fashion, this goes for any profession in my experience I’ve come across a lot of guys/gals that are unheard of and are very very talented in their field/profession.

Thanks, I am sure there are some talented artists out there. The Problem is finding them.

So the original artist is unknown, unable, or uninterested? I agree that artists don’t like touching other artists work or them touching theirs.

I would have josh's guy look at it, as they take care of the Big Dogs here in St. Louis. They also do painting themselves on straight out Big Dog setups. By the way no one is cheap or fast at doing them.

To answer your questions
They have awesome customer service and they setup an account for you with a login , they post pics of the concept and will only move forward when you approve. I had many conversations with them via telephone “Simon” from
Cei. Even with me being over the top they worked at really developing the concept and provided me with the details on how things would look, they know their shit. I wouldn’t change anything or done anything different the paint turned out better than I could have imagined. After using many local painters they will be getting my business again when it’s time to touch up the paint on the big bear.
They were very quick once the work was started , they were fairly priced as well. My full paint job with headlight bucket cost 4500.00 I will say I have had other jobs that were not even close to the detail cost me also set half of what they charged for the more detailed work . I think it took them about 4 to 6 weeks to complete even with all the phone consults and changes I made to the final version. Good luck your in good hands
