Good deal on a 2 up Seat on ebay

Shipping was $26, so I offered him $60 and he snapped it right up. I just finished the deal. They said 60 day return, so it seems no risk to see if it fits. I guess 1/4 of the total cost for shipping it back is risky, but hopefully mastiff and K9 seats are the same. I like my new seat, but I'm still worried about the long term viability of the Butty Buddy for my wife. $80 is pretty good for a base and hardware even if it needs recovering. I hadn't seen any BDM seats for under $250 on eBay before. I'll let y'all know what it looks like when it arrives.

That's a great price! I paid $400 for a new 2-Up seat last year.

The seat was in great shape. No tears or holes - just the indents visible on eBay.

Unfortunately the bracket under the front of the seat is too far forward. Don't know if that's where a Mastiff would have it or if it wouldn't fit there either, but I'll have to move it back. The pic compares this seat to my brown solo saddle I just got re-done to show the difference in position of the bracket.

Still a great deal. Fat tires are good for wide seats too. :)IMG_20190214_211730_small.JPG

Not bad at all. Might try a damp towel under an iron to see if you can get the depressions out. Strange the tab is out of place, but easy fix.

Still a killer deal.
