Primary is apart, unless the starter is still bolted on I doubt you could start it to check the engine is good. So buyer should proceed with caution, absolutelyWow thats crazy, I would use caution with this seller.
I thought it was a 04 chopper, but I missed the chain drive. Good eye Frank. Sure seems a little sketchy to me, how do you not know what you own, especially when you own 3 bigdogsDid you notice the chain drive on the chopper?
Have you ever seen one in person? They are god awful ugly very long and skinny. Definitely an acquired taste I wouldn’t worry about the motor as much as getting a rear tire. The Wolf is the most beautiful factory custom I've ever seen. If it had the 300 tire it would be irresistible. I didn't even know Big Dog built it until very recently. Guess this kind of R&D while the market crashed was part of their demise. Guess we could potentially benefit from it now.
Anybody know anything about the X-factor, or whatever S&S called that 56 degree motor ? Seemed like a wild experiment just before the Great Recession. Can you still get parts ? What does it sound like ?
I would call Donna and Derek about the rear tire. I think they came up with a fix so you could put a different size tire on.Have you ever seen one in person? They are god awful ugly very long and skinny. Definitely an acquired taste I wouldn’t worry about the motor as much as getting a rear tire.
Yea, it got killed off. Didn't sell which is my understanding on why they discontinuedI checked S&S website. It doesn't appear they make the X Wedge any longer?
