Over the years, I've found using hand signals more effective than blinkers, actually. For a right turn, I move my hand back and forth with my thumb sticking out towards the right, behind my head... in addition to the turn signals on the bike, if equipped.Thanks but there's no way the drivers in this area will have any idea that the upward bent arm is the right turn hand signal

I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but... Im not really that big... but Im not little either... drivers extend courtesy MOST of the time.I question whether a lot of people around this area are legitimately licensed
