Should I purchase this Mastiff for 4750?

I found this at a dealer in NC. It's an 06 Mastiff. It needs some TLC and then some. I figured by time I have it shipped to Ohio.....pay there prep fee's.....and 7.5% tax here I would up to 5850 give or take. Now that don't include any parts it will need. If you look at the pictures you will notice that on one the throttle cable has both cables and in another picture it only has one. Same with the electrical cover. It appears to me that these pictures are not up to date. But still for a winter project it looks like fun. I talked to the dealer numerous times about the bike. They are going to send me a video later today of a walk around and running. So need some opinions. Would it be something worth while to mess with?

Not really worth it I bought a like new 07 pitbull with less tha 2000 miles on it for $5000 sold it for $10,000 , I don’t see this being a great investment

It say's 13,000 miles. But if you look at the speedometer it looks funky. If you found a like new for 5000.00 you were very lucky.

Guess it depends on what you goal is for it. If you are looking for a project and just want to resurrect an old Dog that might be a good one.

07 is a good year,great winter project if you got the time and money then sell it in the spring

Could be an illusion but the headlight does not look to be square to front fender

Weird...the bars look straight....front wheel looks like it's going to the left ....headlight to the right. The headlight is adjustable so not to concerned. Could be the way the bike is sitting. Dealer tells me it has a good clean title. Not salvaged. I should check the VIN though.
