2008 K9 parts for sale

Energy One

SKOGDOG

One of the old ones.
Anyone selling to friends on the Forum struggles with setting prices--me too--I think these prices are fair. If I'm out of of line, let me know.
Please pm with offers or discussion, as I probably won't respond to Forum posted offers other than "I'll take it!".
Questions are welcome. Almost all items are used, but are in as new or new condition (maybe except for the oil cooler, and it looks pretty damn good).
I'll mark items below 'sold' when a deal is made.
I prefer PayPal, as the account is not visible, if you take my meaning (wifey, haha).

Oil Cooler/Stash Tube: $200 shipped SOLD
2008 Service Manual: $75 shipped SOLD
Rogue Oil Scavenger: $45 shipped SOLD
Re-usable Chrome Oil Filter: $70 shipped SOLD
Alligator Solo Seat+tool bag+side bags+extra matching hide: $700 shipped

Oil Cooler and Stash Tube: $200 shipped.
The stash tube is absent the mount, and the oil cooler needs the braided lines. I never got around to mounting these on my bike, and my new one has them.
I don't think the stash tube has ever been mounted, and the oil cooler has some normal small imperfections but obviously polishes up well. Both are billet aluminum, as is the mount bracket. The bracket is 1 1/2", I assume for a straight downtube frame. I have a set of 2 Maltese Cross caps that could be installed if the buyer prefers.

As New 2008 Big Dog Service Manual: $75
There are manuals available as PDF files, but a copy of your own is always great to have in front of you. I have another I bought in 2010. If you want a cheaper one, I'll sell you that one..very spotted and ratty--oil, coffee, grease, even some blood. Your friends will be impressed. Haha

Rogue Oil Scavenger: $45
This is the evo scavenger that will get you a complete oil change instead of almost a complete oil change. For use with all Big Dogs/Harley evo. There are other ways to do it, but this little beast sure makes it easy to get that last half quart or so out of the sump (and not on your floor).

Re-usable oil filter (new and unused in original sealed cellophane): $70
I bought this from Curtis at Wildsteedworx about two months ago intending to put it on the K9, but it got wrecked, and my new one already had one on it, so here y'go...save bucks on a brand new one.image.jpeg

As new Red Alligator solo Seat for a 2008 K9 with a matching tool bag and two smaller strut mounted bags and an extra color-matched alligator hide for a passenger pillion or repairs/replacement: $700
Hardware is included to mount the smaller bags on the rear fender struts. Note the reptile eyes on the front of the seat. No wear, scuffs, or visible damage on top or underneath. This is the real deal--very high quality leather and a beautiful color, with matched bags. I prefer black.
The smaller bags close securely with a turn-type clasp, and Velcro underneath. They are a size to easily carry your hanky, or your wife's small makeup kit, or any 3 or 4" CCW. I didn't try to put a full size 1911 frame .45 in there, but it would fit.

Hi Rick, I will take the oil scavenger and oil filter, just let me know how to pay you. I sent you a PM a couple of weeks ago on the pipes on your wrecked K9 check and see if you got it

wonder how the red seat would look on red K9?

That’s a good one. One way to find out, Paul--- Ride it over here and try it on! Haha
Actually the color is very accurate in the pics. I have thought that the seat would look great on a range of red/orange paint colors.
