Electrical Variable Tree:
1. Connector not connected... Obvious, right?
2. Wire out of connector... A tug ever so light at each wire to see the integrity into the connector.
3. Short to ground/signal out of range... Computer bike, right? The black box is a processor. It needs a balancedesign factor it's handcuffed to. Once that value is out of range (crank sensor makes AC so no or a weak input up the wire) is this variable. The other variable is a short or blown fuse, where a hot wire blows a fuse, a ground does not.
1. Even though it's connected it could corrode the touch points and not pass the electricity.
2. The wire out could be a broken wire inside the covering. How could you read this? Is not wire out of connector with a break? The obvious one for this is a wire out of connector. But this is how you have to think out the wire variable as this is just the surface of the troubletree variables.
3. The short to ground is not happening, right? No fuse blown. If say there is spark to the cylinder, then this is not electrical.
Running Variable Tree:
A. Spark... Obvious, right?
B. Fuel... Where we think if the one carb can run the other cylinder, it's not fuel, right?
C. Compression... Ah, the tail chasing variable. No one wants to chase the very first variable so you do not chase your tail looking at A and B for weaks on end because you have a week cylinder going assbackwords in the chase.
