2009 Big Dog Mastiff Clutch Rebuild

Customer called in for a clutch rebuild. I generally have two issues: 1. is it a proprietary Baker 9 or 12 plate, or just a Harley copy? 2. If its a Baker proprietary set-up friction and steel, can I get them from a vendor like WPS, TR, or Drag? Pretty sure the vendors I'm required to use are not carrying a proprietary Big dog set-up. If anyone could help me out it would be great.

probably not if it's an 05 and newer a vendor you can use, have to go to the OEM maker EnergyOne or buy it from Baker or another smaller vendor. Not sure that fits with your requirements? if it's 04 and older then yes Harley parts will work.

I guess this is why the BigDog folks can't use shops y'all gotta order from the ones that don't carry our parts. Never thought about that.

Could the owner just go out and buy it and bring it in or is that also a negative?
