Has anybody had a problem dragging them
that was the first edition, and yes, they did drag a lot. enough for the company to redesign them.

My exhaust that is currently on my bike (no clue what it is) would drag. I actually cut mine so prevent it and used gas grill paint to refinish the ends that were black. Looks pretty good. No more drag. I guess I probably lean mine over further than I actually should.

Been working for an hour and this is as far as I've gotten. WTF. Using a crow bar and hammer and getting nowhere fast. Any suggestions.
try locking down a pair of vice grips on the edge of the baffle and slide a piece of 2x4 along the pipe striking the vice grips. other than that, drill through the baffle and jury rig some kind of hook to be used with a slide hammer. GOOD LUCK!
thing with using the hook though, the baffle may mushroom and make it even more impossible to get out of the pipe.

Thanks, I will try that another day. I gave up and hammered it back in for now. I will wait until the next time I am up at WSW. I am scared the bottom one might be even harder. I don't want to crack my pipes.
a little wd40 probably wouldn't hurt anything either, but you've more than likely already gone through a couple cans.

Sorry for the jest, you clearly said "it", but unfortunately it is a radius pipe, and if you try to turn it, it will get tighter. With the stock pipes that would surely work - rotating the baffle, not me
don't feel like the lone ranger in this quest, I can remember some in the past that had a hellova time trying to get the baffles out. patience, grasshopper.
