I am trying to figure out the best way to strap my rollbag for this Gathering trip. I know somebody posted something about a Biker's Friend pack but I cannot find the post. I have a bitch pad but not a sissybar.

Ideas on best way to strap it down without killing the paint?

Thanks

Can't beat a sissy bar but if you don't want to install one then the Biker's Friend looks like your best option.

Depending on how far you are riding, you could always ship your luggage to the hotel/resort and ship it home.
Or borrow a roll bag from a buddy and put it on the handlebars -- It doesn't sound like you do a lot of long trips on the dog (otherwise I'd expect you would have luggage already. Or use a small backpack.

I have a Roadstar for long trips. Ginz is the only folks that make SBs and struts for the 04 DT Chopper and the price is too far out. I have a rollbag now. looking for some additional ideas on how to mount it.

Your not to far from Eric. Toss your bag in his trailer. I'm sure he won't mind.
Actually my wife is going up in the truck on Thursday but, myself and another buddy are going to meet Rick in OK on Weds. I will more then likely just toss it on my buddy bike and he can carry it for me.

I believe that one that Curtis has advertised is actually gone unless he got it from Donna and held onto it. I will ping him and see if he really has it).

Mine is similar to Big Jersey Mike's bag but I mount mine under the headlight and tie my hoodie over the headlight.
