Problem homologation K9 Passenger

You are Right Franco, i supouse that this is the main reason, the bike when arrived from Germany no came with pegs and pillion. The original owner didnt give me anything when i bought the bike locally.
As you know if you like to bring a BD from USA directly to Spain now it,s no possible always need to be registered firts for other european country before past the homologation in Spain.

Correct. it´s a F nightmare....... I was thinking on bringing another Dog over, but.... It sucks!!!

Mine came without passenger pillion (I just borrowed one) but yes, it came with passenger pegs...... @BWG56 that´s why they are wrongly mounted... they were mounted in a hurry just for homologation purposes...

Funny thing, Finland used to be the most difficult country to register an imported bike. Now after EU and new laws you just need to have a factory sticker in frame! And from last summer if the bike is legal in USA it’s pretty much legal in Finland our noise laws are more strict if the bike is newer than -03.
When I registered my -03 I didn’t do a shit. Told the inspector he is crazy if he thinks I’m gonna butcher 000001 bike. He did agree and stamped the papers. Since then the rules are easier anyways.

Thanks for the info , i dont know if it compensates me to spent arround 2000€ or ride illegal, this point is not much check for the police y any case

I would go illegal, what are the changes of police stopping you and noticing, or giving a shit ?

Maybe the homologation (EU) Document of a Two up K Niner would be helpful in your Trouble?
In my thought European homologation Document is guilty for all EU States.
Try to get a Scan of this document from in Spain legalized K- Niner.

Beat them with their own weapons.
European Law is complicated - but sometimes its helpful.

Or do as I did and find an inspector who drag races with HD engine bike they tend to be more understanding. It doesn’t harm if your friend happens to be an European Champion with methanol car and he makes the first call... Hey we need to use all the tools on our disposal.
