Rear shock adjustment

I have a 2007 Mastiff, and the rear shock seems pretty much rigid. I've read here that 2005 and later are adjustable for dampening, but these don't look like the ones that are adjustable. Has anyone had shocks like these and adjusted them for dampening? If so, how far did you adjust, and did you need to change height to avoid bottoming out?

The least amount of thread exposed will raise the ride heightand the more threads exposed will decrease the ride height, I installed air ride on my K9 and it rides like it's on a cloud

Dampening is not adjustable just ride height forgive me for trying to help do some of your own research better yet do an introduction good luck!
