Also removed the Bowl the jetting now is .31 int and .78 main, the main is right for the dual runner but I need to bump the int up to .33 also the little blue o ring was missing, Fuel system appears to be clean I did drain the fuel tho andfilled it up fresh non ethanol fuel and some seafoam I have the jets, the blue o ring and new bowl gasket coming in a couple of days then I'll tune it and finish the polishing

Got the wheels and calipers done after work tonight, also had to replace the vr bolts who lever had it off bent the bolts to the point that the spaces tapped themselves so I got the bolts out drilled the spacers and reinstalled, some people should never work on motorcycles

Looking great Kevin.... Shining the billet has been discussed a lot on here; however, curious as to what type of polish and rags do you use on the painted surfaces... micro fiber, old t-shirts? Thanks

Finished the polishing, rejetted from .78 main and .31 int to .33 int , removed Bowl vent plug, dialed in the carb settings and she is running perfectly, when the new mirrors arrive and the fluids are changed she will be ready to rock n roll! The bike looks brand new now

Look'n good Kevin! The only bad thing in my opinion is the push seat, just looks wrong, but other than that it is one sweet look'n bike bRo!

Looking very good, excellent job on the clean up. Now what are you going to do about that exhaust?
Is it the same bike only green?
Is it filling the void?
To tell the truth, that green is kinda growing on me all the time

Fluids changed , circuit breaker changed to 40 amp fuse, took for a couple mile rideto make sure she is dialed in, runs superb! Mirrors arriving today and ready to be my beater bike
