I was trying to buy a sissybar bag on ebay at the end of the auction the guys low price was $50 buy it now was $100 so I waited till the end nobody bid I asked the guy will take the $50 starting bid plus what ever shipping cost are to me so I gave him my city and state he was suppose to get back to me the next day never did 2 weeks later he repost the bag after he accepted my off so here is his ebay name I recommend not buying anything from hiM Brokerforyou is his ebay name

Yea it is but nobody bid on it so I asked him what he take his low bid he said yes then he pulled away from the offer no offense but for the $105 plus shipping I rather get a new one from donna

Not trying to start an argument but how do they enforce it/ My only buying/selling experience is with the local craigslist and on this site.

It's a contract and believe me they enforce it. If he doesn't have a reserve then the highest bidder gets it.

Yea I'd consider yourself lucky...hell he could have taken your $50 and since it wasn't done through eBay not even on the hook to send it to you.

That's true, I believe I remember some guy getting ripped off over some gold coins or something awhile back on here, but ya never really get both sides of the story so ya never know if its true or not.
