I use Cafepress for our shirts and other items. They manage everything from customer service and shipping to problems and returns.
If you want to order anything, please send an email to bigdogbiker.orders@gmail.com and I'll get an invoice out to you. Shipping is the current flat rate priority mail rates, which I believe is $5.75 for the large envelope. The small patches will be sent out via first class mail. Everything else needs a tracking number. If you order more then 1 item, I ship them all together to save you money.
Overseas orders will require additional postage due to traveling outside the United States. Postage cost will be displayed on the invoice. For overseas orders, I always recommend combining orders with other members, if that is an option.
