Best spark plugs and wires to use?

Hey just wanted to see what everyones opinion is on whats the best spark plugs to use and also best spark plug wires. Heard ngk iridium are really good. Heard champion is good also heard s&s recommends champion platinum for 117 motor? Havent heard anything about what anyone uses for spark plug wires? Also wheres a good place to buy plugs and wires. I know a lot of ppl say any plug is good as long as it runs but I was looking for what everyone says? Thanks

There is no such thing as the best plugs or wires,some are more fancy than others and at the end do the same.its a preference thing,don't think if u spend more you'll get better performance .

I use Champion. Easy to get and don't cost a arm and a leg. As for wires I have Accel. Came with the dog.

Agree! Go with a standard NGK and you will not have any issues.

These things are a Piece of CRAP!!!! If you dought me then run them......I double dog dare you!!!! But I know 2 members who tried them. They made it all of 20-25 miles before the plugs failed! S&S sends these motors out with Champion plugs so that's what I keep putting in once a yr when I do my winter maintenance .

Agree 100% and that's why all I sell are the standard NGK and have happy customers. The ones who claim the Iridium are better are only saying this to make a sale. It's all about $$ for some people and they could care less if they work well with these motors.

Standard NGK V Power plugs are the best...period....That's ALL I use in my muscle cars,drag car and Big Dog:2thumbs:.............
