Does any one know a source for transmission shims?
Anyone have a few lying around? Could do with a few .010 and .005.

Not sure if they would work for you, but I've always got any machine shims from Granger. We use them on mechanical installations with extreme tolerances.

In a lot of states Fastenal has changed their policy and will no longer sell to the public, an account is necessary to make purchases..

Wow shocking did not know that. They still sell to the public here in my state. Guess I better stock up in case they do change their policy here...
