1999 Big Dog Vintage Rear shocks

I have a 1999 vintage sport and need new rear shocks. The frame looks very similar to an FXR. I spoke to Progressive Suspension, and they have the shocks but do not know the spring rate on this bike.
Any assistance would be great.
What Rear Shocks are a good replacement?
Spring rate for the Vintage Sport?

I have Progressive shocks on both my bikes, love them!

Shovelhead flh shocks work just fine for me. You can get them w/spring covers or not. Mine are 12" long center to center.

I've been looking for rear shocks for my 2000 ProSport. I could use some help also.

Liferider, I have an 2002 Prosport and I am trying to buy Progressive shocks for it but Progressive techs say they can't help me without my spring rate on the Works shocks that came off of mine. Do you know the spring rate or what model Progressive's you're using? I am a big guy so want to make sure I get something sturdy.
