Small hands help. Paint sticks with a cloth wrapped around with white diamond polish. A cordless drill with a 3/8th dowell chuckked in it and a cloth wrapped around it. Fir starters. I use baby diapers and some use flannel. Personal preference. Time and patience works best. It is time comsuming and tedious. Good luck and post some pics of the progress

Don’t laugh!!!! Attached a paint stick to the blade of a small reciprocal saw. Took some fore thought. Cut a reciprocal blade off 2” long and with electrical tape wrap the blade twice then the paint stick to the blade several times. Go slow with the trigger. Make sure your saw has a veritable speed trigger.
