Toecutter has an 03 big dog mastiff with no spark.

hello, could someone help me please. I have a 03 big dog mastiff with no spark. I have a plunger type start. the amber light on the start module is on. the red l.e.d. is functioning as it should. I disconnected the engine stop switch and I noticed that both white wires have power, is that normal.
