BDB extreamely slow!

I don't know if any of ya'll are expieriancing the same problem but it only happens when I log on to our site, for some reason I cannot browse our forum worth a shit, it logs on slow, I try to go to my messages and it sends me to the home page, it was a miracle I was able to make 1 post this morning in 45 min! OMG! If anyone has any idea please let me know, and don't even bother to say "Maybe if ya stay off the porn sites" Haha! That would be true if this qualifies as porn! Haha! Any help would be much appreciated.
