I'm new here, and to Big Dogs, bought an 08 Pitbull last week. Would my bike be in this recall, possibly?
Nope...different strut design. You should be good to go. Just make sure the bolts are torqued to spec.

I did a whole post on this.. I have sense changed to chrome grade 8's that I got from Donna which were the upgrade for. Bdm..

U know damn well I have already been through a set if radiator hose pegs and another set since then.. geezWhat the heck is up with the foot pegs? That's horrible

Last year it cracked in the same place on the other side. I fixed it, and it still look good.

All or just chrome?
Not all they do make Stainless Steel SHCS which would only be a grade 5.
All the rest should be 8, yes. But all Chrome for sure.
