That was the Bigdog fix, I tried them but went back to the well nuts. The pins just didn't want to stay in place.I hear they replaced bolts with push in pins.![]()
Yes they take up a little more space and I did some wire routing to thin the bundle out a little but the fix is permanent. You have about 7/16" of plastic webbing with the cover bonded to it.Thanks Brew, do the repair kits take up much space on the inside of electrical box area?

We also have the glue in "skeletons" which eliminate bolts through the side covers. The inner supports are threaded and glue into the original side covers with any good two part epoxy. No painting required.Get a electrical side cover repair kit from bigdogpartsking, it's the best thing I've done for my side covers on my ridgeback. If you dont want to go that route they should have the covers also. Give them a call @ 620-257-2009
I have extra side covers for 2006 mastiff, I don't know if it will work on your bike or not. They are painted black cherry or cherry black :lol: and new.. If you can find out if they it will work tell me which side you need and I'll send you a picture of what I have.Can anybody tell me where I can find battery box side covers for 2006 Pitbull ?
