Wiring in my 05 chop. Headlight into, how do we know it the round circuit board?

Just bought this Bike and lost already. Tracing down ele. Issue.
Where would I get an annuncator board?

What board? On the ecm or the board in the speedo?

The round board in the Speedo. Called an annunciator board. To fit an 04 Chopper. New wiring/ bulb in head. Nothing comes on.
