I had a question. Is there parking for Trucks and Trailers? I had an offer to use an RV spot to park, presumably from a member who is no longer going. I hate to take an RV spot just to park a truck and 20ft cargo trailer.
On another note, I am also concerned because this person made it seem like there were A LOT of members who were backing out now. Cause?

Im talking to some members to get them back for the run but hope this high school drama will get settled and I just want to ride. I know a few Core members will be there that come to Sturgis every year so I'm all in. A few days of riding, drinking, and something else I have been involved in to get it finished. I hope everyone shows and if you don't like someone guess what stay the hell away from them. I don't care for he said she said, funk it grab a beer (or drink of choice) get need the fire pit and have a cigar and bullshit how much you love / hate your dog. Members come and go but as long as there is a site like this the dogs will run. I have pissed people off and guess what sorry. life is life and its short, live it or don't.
Hope to see a ton of bikes there and if not the ones that show up will have a hell of a good time. But remember if you show up and don't enjoy yourself its on you. But if you don't show up you will always say ... Yeah I should have gone.

Well... After trying for a couple months now to be off work to make it, (and believe me I tried), I received final confirmation today that I will be in Milwaukee during the event on a business trip... I was looking forward to meeting a lot of you guys. Unfortunately my boss doesn't care nor are they willing to postpone. Gotta pay the bills. I'll pay someone to send me a souvenir. Post some pictures and you guys have a blast, take a shot for the ones who aren't able to make it to the event.

I have always said that if you are in my neck of the woods and need a hand all you have to do is send me a pm. It's a hell of a tool to use for everyone.
Night? We best be leaving bright and early Friday. I'd like to be on the road no later than 8 get some miles in before it gets hot and up into the cooler North Country. Traffic shouldn't be bad going North on 75 everyone will be driving into Dallas for work, there is some road construction however and I'm not sure of the condition been a while since I've been on that section of the highway
We can shoot up 75 and just north of Durant we can break off onto RT48 get off the interstate just to do some nice cruising this route will avoid Tulsa and OKC and take us through the Osage Reservation. Basically splits right through the two cities. It's actually damn near a straight shot at Flint Oaks puts us just about 25-30miles west of Flint Oaks. That route is just under 360 miles. Knock out a few hundred before lunch then should be able roll into flint oaks and have beer in hand by 3pm.
I'll save you guys the scenic route I had planned for myself if was 488 miles.. Lol
