They make cable lube, but what i like to do is get an eye dropper and take the rubber off and poke a small hole in the end. Squeeze it over the end of the cable, so it will be like a funnel and use some BB Blaster.

This is what I use

 

[Vin Cent]

They make cable lube, but what i like to do is get an eye dropper and take the rubber off and poke a small hole in the end. Squeeze it over the end of the cable, so it will be like a funnel and use some BB Blaster.
