Mine is 00005. So I assume that means #5 in 2007. I finally got there with my 03. I will eventually get there with this one.Yours is an 07 right?
What number off the line was it?
Mine is #31, and up until I got the bike I always considered 31 a lucky number for me as it was the house number I grew up in.
Anyways seems early 07 has been i pain for me. Assembled on Friday finished on a Monday apparently.
But like Rick said...out of everything that has gone wrong I have yet had to go back and fix anything again. So I must be doing something right! I also think this year is my year. I got about 4500 miles on it already, just routine oils and wax on/Off

That is so cool. Been thinking of getting into autocross racing myself.

Coming around a tight turn. not much weight on the right front wheel at this point.
Y61676.titled 06. Tp heads,07 wheels. Looked it up years ago but forget now. Thinking late 06 since newer rims. Total rewire, bars cut and plugged, tranny upgraded,585,forks rebuilt, strut bolt, new head lite, plus too many other "fixes" to list/remember. All done by a knowledgeable shop in N.Y. Bikes cool.Yep that means #5. May god speed with that one..lol.
Doesn't seem like they had it ironed out by #31 with my experience. Lol

Get ahold of Butch maybe have him do a bulk run of vinyl numbers. He has a vinyl cutter.the doors on the car are aluminum and the numbers are expensive with the reusable vinyl . My son usually runs number 13 and I run 31 especially if we are driving the same car. Auto cross doesn't mind if you use painters tape.
This time around, I am.Are you doing your own work, JR ?
Was looking at a 1992 Z28. Then putting in a roll cage and suspension upgrade. Upgrading over time...little by little.this is an autocross pictureView attachment 45141

Good advice!!The good thing about autocross is that you can run a bone stock car. Buy the car and run it for awhile before you decide to spend a bunch of money in it. Gives you time to see if you really like the sport or not. Just a thought.
