Well maybe you guy,s have any suggestion for me ,I replace twice my oil seal and still it's leaking from my tranny in my primary.
I did everything according the drawing from my manual Big dog 2007 K9.
Put the O ring first and than my oil seal.

If you overfill the transmisson with too much fluid it will start producing hydraulic pressure and will blow out the seal. Just sayin', might be an issue. I think it's supposed to be 21 ounces but don't quote me because I'm drinking and watching hockey.....

Very close. 20oz

One of the old ones.
I don't know much about what happens to the seal with an overfilled transmission, but one thing I do know is that if you have a bad transmission input bearing, there will be some play in the transmission input shaft that could also damage the seal. But that play in the input shaft results in an extension of the clutch lever when up-shifting through your gears. When you accelerate, the clutch lever wants to push outward because the transmission shaft is actually moving.
Very bad news, because a transmission rebuild is the only play at that point. When you had it torn down to the inner primary to change the seal, was the input shaft really solid? I'd think that would be harder to detect with the primary chain and clutch all in place....the only movement should be rotation...if the shaft has any play at all, that's a problem.

Well today take of my primary and take off the clutch pack and see if I have playing , but maybe I overfill it .
Keep you posted on that .

I agree with skog. I'd bet your bearings are going and the slop in the input shaft doesn't allow for a tight seal. Doesn't matter what seal you use baker or Harley or one made by god himself if your shaft is moving there isn't anything that will keep the oil in there. Even a little play is too much, you shouldn't be able to move it by hand in any direction.

It's a common problem on these dogs

Overfilling it shouldn't do anything it just puke it out the vent tube before it would push it through the seal.
