Wiring

Energy One
The big thing is to keep all the connections tight and full of electrolyte grease. Keep your battery connections tight and the battery charged.
My start button and run buttons aren't working. I recently installed new circuit boards from WSW but they still aren't working. I had a guy diagnose it and he said there isn't any continuity to that wire. He's a harley mechanic and he's really dragging his feet on fixing it so I'm not too sure he knows how to fix it.

If you have new boards, and it still doesn't work, I'd say one of the connections is corroded. Pull the tank, clean and re grease all connections, including the one at the board, and the EHC.

Hey guys,
Any advice on what the best route to avoid all or most big dog electrical problems for the long term?
You must have posted this for ME! Ya, old Skool wire it and be done with electrical problems. $600 and a days worth of work. You get new bars and new controls! You will never be stuck again and IF something goes wrong you will know how to fix it...

The right hand controls weren't working at all. I was having trouble with the run button for a while, had to press it just right and eventually the whole thing crapped out so I bought a new one. The run button still doesn't work which in turn renders the start button useless. So it's the wire but I don't know where to begin with all that. I'll try pulling the tank and greasing everything.
Since I put the new board on, I got my right turn signal working. That's it
If you haven't already, I would definitely check the wires going from the board back to the EHC for any damage.
