Need a kickstand!

I put some taller 12" shocks on my Vintage Sport (my wife and I ride together often, so we're looking at about 370lbs worth of rider when we're together) to keep the back tire from bottoming out. Doing so has caused the bike to lean over quite a bit, and has also caused the 1/2" mounting plate that bolts to the swing arm pivot point to wear considerably where the kickstand actually pivots. My bike literally looks like it's going to fall over when I get off of it.

I need to find a replacement and can't seem to find anything except the Harley factory-types that mount up front. Any clue as to who made the Big Dog kickstand? Was it a BDM factory part, or something from an aftermarket manufacturer?

Vintage has HD style stand? Doesn't HD stand fit? It is inch or two longer than BD .. At least what I have observed on my -03 Chopper, and it stands way too straight up.

No, it's not an HD-style stand. It has an oval-shaped piece of 1/2" plate that bolts to the frame where the swingarm pivot axle is at, with a slight bend at the bottom. The kickstand shaft itself has a slot on the top where the bent tab of the plate fits and is through-bolted as a pivot point.

See attached photo (not my bike, just one I found on google image, but same/similar model)View media item 9246:

Couldn't see the pic, and can't picture on my mind how but either Curtis or Donna and Derek at least used to have "normal " Big Dog stands and 1" longer. There also is adjustable Ness stand.

The mount is similar to the one you posted, but different. I believe the design you posted is for rigid and/or softail-style frames, whereas the Vintage Sport is a traditional swingarm type frame. On mine, the mounting plate has two holes, one above and one below the swingarm pivot axle instead of the two mounting holes that are right next to each other like the design you posted.

So anyone ever figure out this 2004 stand? I think I have found the frame bracket, & have 2 other kickstands from
Big dogs I might can use. But need to know if this stacks on the original swing arm plate or replaces it to add the kicks stand tab?

Take a picture of your swingarm connection on left side.

Yes! I have a 2004 chopper. Replaced the kickstand 2 times.

The one in question is 2003 boxer... & in 2004 they made it rear mount. That seems to be over the top of the rear swing arm mount. Here is the 2003 boxer swing arm mount. & 2 pics of what I think is the correct kickstand base.
