Anyone got after-market mirrors on a K-9? Looking for something that is functional, looks good, and does not come loose or vibrate too much. I have Arlen Ness hand controls. Thx.
Not sure if K9 and Ness controls accept the same mirrors?Anyone got after-market mirrors on a K-9? Looking for something that is functional, looks good, and does not come loose or vibrate too much. I have Arlen Ness hand controls. Thx.
I don't know about Arlen Ness controls, but maybe you would be better off trying to find mirrors for those, kinda like Tapio saidAnyone got after-market mirrors on a K-9? Lets see a picture of those controls and the hole where the mount. I have a couple ideas.Anyone got after-market mirrors on a K-9? Looking for something that is functional, looks good, and does not come loose or vibrate too much. I have Arlen Ness hand controls. Thx.

I would think heavier the mirror, less vibrationOk, that's what I was thinking. For options, I've found that some of the mirrors made for metric bikes are a bit more durable. That hole in your controls should be the exact drill size for a metric bolt, and can be tapped to accommodate metric bike mirrors. This will widen your choices for mirrors. I'll see if I can find a picture of mine.
Thx. Enjoyed the posts of your paint and re-build.
What I have is a heavy stem and light mirror. They don't vibrate much at all.I would think heavier the mirror, less vibration
