Good evening, I have not posted in a while but things have changed so I thought I would update you. My Big Dog was a 2004 Chopper That I bought a few years back.
Then on August 21st of 2014 I had a car try to eat me and I lost the Chopper.

I dislocated my shoulder tearing most of the ligaments. I have residual damage where I can't move my arm in certain ways and have decreased strength because of the nerve damage. After healing I had enough and went an bought a Harley.
Two of my sons and I traveled from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs to pick it up. Within thirty seconds of riding it, I knew it was not for me. I needed a Dog. I rode less then halfway home when my son who had only ridden my dog once, said he was ready to give it a try. He rode it the rest of the way home. I was proud and sad at the same time. This morning I woke up early and drove 650 miles to Lubbock and back to pick up the new to me dog. It's another 2004 Chopper.
This one is the Daytech model, Now I have to figure out how to tell the wife (who did not like when I got back on a bike, and now even more so that it is a Dog) that just because the Harley is for sale, doesn't mean I'm trying to sell it.
