This is whats left of my rear drive sprocket....

HOWEVER Donna came through as always with a new one that is about 50% thicker
the original was .485, the new one with the teflon coating is .724. Looks much stronger

I've replaced 3 myself. (on different bikes). Yea, the new ones are quiet, no squeaks.

Stand up people. I got some stuff from them was damaged and they just refunded my money and are in the process of shipping out new stuff. Great customer service.

That's the problem with spoke wheels and sprockets. They don't have much area to hold on to and tend to crack. You only have 3 small areas in contact with the rim.

Any damage to your rim when it let go?

ZERO! damage to the wheel or frame.....I was in a Walmart lot going 10 mph up a small hill at the side exit.
THANK GOD, I didn't make it to the street.

That's the problem with spoke wheels and sprockets. They don't have much area to hold on to and tend to crack. You only have 3 small areas in contact with the rim.

They have bent over backwards for their customers, guess that's why they are my first call!
