monday morning I called energy one to order a new clutch pack for the mastiff. Talked to a gentleman named Kent I believe and he was very helpful knowledgeable about what I needed and we got clutch pack ordered.
I got to thinking shortly after that and realized I forgot to mention BDB website member 10% off oops. I quickly called back couldn't reach anyone they were out of the office so left a message about missing the 10% off.
Kent calls me back I missed his call but he says order was already placed sorry but he would cut package open and throw in a tee shirt.
Bottom line great customer service and speedy deliver of order and I had an excellent experience with them and highly recommend them for your business.
